Our Soul Weekend is 2-day luxurious retreat from Friday 22nd May, arrival time from 4pm until Sunday 24th May at 2pm.

Sian has worked as a professional vocalist for over 17 years, and is a highly-recognised and sought after performer leading her to pursue a career in teaching vocals and performance with the creation of Stella Studioz in 2014.
Sian’s dedication and business ethic paid of with her receiving the Business Awards’ ‘Young Entrepeneur of The Year 2017’, winning both the Shoalhaven & Illawarra region and placing in State.
Sian works with many groups of women emparting her vocal knowledge & communication skills to assist women to embrace their inner voices & empower them to be the best version of themselves. You are going to love her session on communication & her tribal singing bowls.
Jemma Tribe is a businesswomen used to wearing many hats. She is President of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber, Communications Manager for Grand Pacific Health, a former Councillor for the Shoalhaven, a wife & mum to 2 beautiful girls.
With a background in communications & journalism - Jemma was born with a microphone in her hand & will be an amazing MC for our Soul Weekend. She will also impart some of her amazing knowledge on how to manage all of the many balls we seem to throw into the air as busy business women.
Far Meadow Table is a cooking school, dining experience and catering service in Berry on the NSW South Coast. A tree-change and food dream brought to life by husband and wife team Kath and Iain Smart, who have created a gourmet oasis just five minutes from the centre of Berry.
Kath and Iain both share a deep passion for food. Iain’s experience includes working in some of London’s top Michelin starred restaurants as well as a caterer and private chef, but since moving south you can find him stoking the grill or tending to the bees. Kath has an events and catering background and has years of experience organising all types of specialised events, from intimate dinners to large scale corporate experiences.
One of the biggest appeals of relocating to Berry was being able to grow their own produce. The vegetable garden, orchard, tomato and herb garden will be a key source of ingredients for the Far Meadow Table kitchen.
Alongside this, produce from local farmers and gardeners, fishermen and artisans will be turned into unique seasonal dishes celebrating the beautiful South Coast.
